Hear Them Ring/ Macro Monday

'Tis the season

This was hanging on a store door, which I just couldn't pass by without taking a closeup photo.

And I'm glad you did...it's a great close-up shot...lots of vivid, sharp detail.

The ding-a-lings have already started on Christmas, I see! ;-)

Jingle bells, jingle bells! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in EG!

Tradition! Christmas showing up every where. Drove home from my son's tonight and saw some spectacular lights people have put up. It looks like everyone is putting in an extra effort.

These look like rusty bells, and I love this kind of decoration.

I'm back---
This Orchid is so versitile EG, you could even grow it on a windowsill. It and many other Orchids don't require much care

The rust makes them so charming :) I listen to christmas music, and decorate a bit in my home today. Ok - winter is not my favourite, but anyway - I love this mounth :) It is possible to live through the winter beacause of December.

Great photo. Those bells have been hanging for more than a few seasons. Lots of character in your shot.

Yes I am glad you took a picture. Did you jingle the bells too? I would. MB

where have these bells been? Do the rust make them lost their beautiful ringing tone?

Very good macro photo.

I love the rusty finish to them! Not perhaps very traditional, but I like it. :)
