Last Weekend/ Weekend Reflections

A Kayak, a canoe and a long weekend

It was kind of quiet LAST weekend around this pond BUT I bet lots will be going on THIS weekend. Happy Memorial Day to everyone in the U.S.

We're in the mountains for the weekend and hopefully it will quit raining. I expect to see lots of boats on Clear Lake.

MB,

I will be here in Canada - not a long weekend here. And I will be volunteering at a plant sale fundraiser Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Not everyone will be out on the water. LOL

I could be persuaded to kick back and enjoy a weekend (or an entire summer) in a scene like this one.

I remember seeing lots of scenes like this one last year in Québec. You are so lucky to have water everywhere!

What a cool place to live! Just walk out the door, hope in your kayak and go exploring! When you say "pond," what does that mean size-wise?

I bet you are right about the crowds showing up this weekend! I would too, if I knew where it was...and the distance a bit less! You caught lots of beautiful reflections here and I love the boats just lying about...wonderful scene!

Both this shot and the one for Skywatch say summer to me. I am happy it's almost here, but I'm not complaining about spring, either!
