Gate and Shadow

 Closeup of gate and shadow

Good news! I picked up my repaired computer today and all appears to be well. A new video card and a new logic board!!

Although I've had this computer for more than three years, the repairs were free. It ALMOST makes up for the "pain and aggravation"of 10 days without my computer. Oh my gosh! I DO hope this repair is good for a long while!

A little further away with a bonus shadow

I am linking to Shadow Shot Sunday 2 HERE.

I really like the 2nd shot. You are a shadowy person!

Yeah for you! I can only imagine how it would feel to be without a computer. I do hope it is good to go for a long time.

Great shadow shot, and I like the gate itself.

Rarely have I seen a dark blue gate. Stunning shadow shapes round it.

I like the angles created by the shadows. Computers can be very aggregating, hope yours is good for a long time.

I love how the shadow of the fleur de lis (I don't think I'm spelling it correctly here) is so distinct! So glad you got your computer back-it seems like such a disruption to the daily rhythm not having it around.

I like these. And I'm glad to hear the computer has been discharged from hospital.

Funny how we fret when we don't have a computer and yet we survived for years without one back in the old days. Nice lines and patterns in your photos.
