Glow Sicks

Glow sticks connected into two rings, then wiggled

Maybe Glow Sticks were made to amuse children...but I can tell you an adult photographer (moi) enjoys them too. This is what four "mature" adults played with on Canada Day after the Town's fireworks display was over. Why let all that darkness go to waste when we had Glow Sticks, right?

 Taken with my dSLR

Next time (and I do HOPE there's a next time) I plan to play a bit more with my dSLR. I like the smoky look of this photo.

Two rings, taken with point and shoot

Photos 1, 3 and 4 were taken with my point-and-shoot.

Five glow sticks: 3 in a ring and two in a stick

I had some similar fun with a glow-in-the-dark golf ball I found one day walking next to a golf course.
