Oh, yes! I like them both, too!! And I agree with you -- I think that first one is flexing its muscles!! Fun shots as always!! Hope your weekend is going well!! Enjoy!!
I love the one on top - it looks like an ungraceful gooney bird (or other flightless avian) trying to reach the sky. A wonderful pair of shadowy subjects :)
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

Both those lamp shadows are striking shapes. Artistic photos.
Maybe not so much the lightbulb as the lantern.

Let's hope someone isn't stealing either the bulb or the lantern.
You have a very vivid imagination!
I love both of them for different reasons. The first reminds me of the squirrel on Ice Age.
The top one is quite unusual.
charming.
Nice! But I found myself looking for a letter formed by the first one. Instead it looks a little like eyebrows and a nose to me.
Fine pattern in those shadows.
Very nice lamps but the first one is very unique.
This first one... strange. I wonder what the designer had on his mind.
Terrific style of lamp.
Nice captures. It certainly does look like it's flexing.
Yes, unusual! No, it's not your imagination-it is flexing it's muscles!!!
It seems the chain protect only the lamp and not light bulbs! Love the light and shadows on both
Great finds, cool captures.
