Green dragonfly

I must confess that my husband saw this dragonfly first. The critter blended so well into it's environment, that I could have easily passed it  by without a clue that it was nearby hanging onto twigs in the tall grass.

Meet Myra

Myra - part beagle and part Jack Russell - still has a lot of puppy in her even though she's 2 1/2 years old. She's more interested in sniffing than coming when she's called, but all in all she's a very good girl.
