November 6, 2010

That is so beautiful! It's photos like that which remind me not everything about winter is awful!

I love snow! Here in the South we do not get it very often. :(

Oh my gosh, snow already. You know about our heat, I'll send you some, if I can.

That light fall of snow is the prettiest! And the shadows across the road make an eye catching
connection between the one side and the other.

There is something about the first snow. It's always beautiful. Sadly, I'm ready for spring shortly thereafter. Beautiful shot!

It looks quite beautiful in that shot but i am not ready for it yet! Thankfully we have some warmer weather heading this way next week.

Oh, I love the first snow! We had our first frost this week, and my basil died. Summer is truly over.

Such a delight to look at your snowy scene. Stay warm.

Wow, I was thinking that it's too early in the year to snow... but what do I know, I haven't even seen snow fall. There is sunshine - hope the weather is good for you.

We got our first snow here yesterday too. It is beautiful, isn't it? And it's the perfect canvas for long shadows like these. Lovely.

I bet its getting cooler now, as opposed to our 90 degree weather!

Now you may think it's too early, yearn for spring or summer or even autumn... But I am happy! I love seeing your snow photos!

Looks like heavy frost. Is this usual for now or are the predictions for a bad winter. that's what 'they' are saying here. MB

The first snowfall is always so pretty. We had a heavy frost here over nite and it looked like snow for a while. Great shot!

This is a pretty snow scene. The tops of the mountains a little further east got a snow like this, but so far we haven't had any.

Super shot, EG! I think snow is very nice to look right after it falls; but then it gets dirty and melts.

We've got our fingers crossed that it doesn't snow here for another week as we've got a 100-mile drive through winding mountain roads to get to the airport!

How lovely. We usually don't see our first real ground covering snow until Thanksgiving or later.

Hi!
Beautiful shot! I'd much rather look at it in pictures than to actually have to drive in it. But I know it's coming. Have a great day!
