Icicles/ Watery Wednesday

Icicles hanging onto some grass above a narrow creek in Mount Albert (East Gwillimbury)

This creek is moving a tad too fast for ice to form in it, but icicles have formed on the grass hanging over the creek.

Love this photo! A sight we are likely to see only if we travel towards the Himalayan foothills. I find pictures of snow and ice most fascinating!

Ice already! I know, it's normal in Canada. I am sitting here with the door open to catch a cool breeze. Last night, we had to turn on the ac.

Oh EG, that's so pretty. It's also a lovely reflection.

Snow forecasted here in the coming days with cold winds from Scandinavia, but I won't be here to catch any of it on camera.

We had a cold front roar through here the past two days--Unusual for November. It was 14degrees F this morning. I took some similar pictures at the waterfall by ny pond. Kinda pretty I think.
Did you see the moon this morning? MB

Beautiful capture, it does give me a chill though.

It is getting colder tonight, so maybe I'll brave the cold in the morning and see if there are any icicles down my way. Maybe.

I've always been fascinated about icicles. You have presented water in two forms: liquid and solid. Great shot!
Happy thanksgiving.
