Seen at the Evergreen Brick Works
The wildflowers behind the brick works are beautiful in early August.
The largest square: butterfly on swamp milkweed (Asclepias incarnata), purple fragrant raspberry (Rubus odoratus); staghorn sumac (Rhus typhina); not sure (so if you know please tell me); yellow coneflowers (Ratibida pinnata) and fragrant water lily (Nymphaea odorata).
Please note: I include botanical names because so many common names names change from region to region but botanical names remain the same.
