Sheep inside fencing at a local farm
It was a drizzly, overcast day when we stopped at a local produce stand. This time of year the farm sells pumpkins and squashes plus keeps a fenced in area where kids can see farm animals closeup.
Two sheep munching grass
Because of the drizzle, it was quiet. It was just me and the animals. The sheep paid very little attention to me but..
Three sheep, one goat and the rear end of a pony
wait! One goat and one sheep followed my every move.
Sheep and some chickens
The chickens weren't impressed with me at all!
I am linking to Saturday Critters HERE.
They are cute to bla bla around.
Really peaceful moments you captured!

Cute shots of the sheep, goat and the pony.. They all seem so calm, perfect for the children and adults to enjoy. Thank you for linking up your post, have a happy weekend!
Those sheep are sooo ready for winter, just look at their gorgeous wooly jumpers :) The light is perfect in these rural images EG.
great that they keep an area for kids to be able to see the animals and hens. Have a great weekend.
Guard sheep indeed!
Nice shots - but that last one is gorgeous with the fall foliage as a back-drop!
São tão fofas que dá vontade de afagar.
Bom fim de semana!

Love those woolly sheep! I thing they need a trim soon but winter's coming. :)
what a cute place! and nice green grass for them to dine on.
I like chickens. They are always amusing.
What fun shots for the day, EG!! And how beautiful and colorful it is there! I love all the critters!! Thanks for the smiles to start my day!! Have a great weekend!
How sweet they are!
There's one in every crowd...well, in th.is case, two!...:)JP
I love the colors in these pictures! Especially the last one. I find sheep to be rather dumb, really! They seem to have no curiosity at all. They really DO need a shepherd.
They look like such gentle creatures! Wonderful fall colours you have for this weekend!
Sheeps are funny , they 're always worrying and always want to know what's happening . Great pictures !
"Oh dear. She's taking so many pictures and I haven't had time to get my hair cut. I'm a mess! Maybe folks will look at those dumb chickens and not notice me" she said sheepishly.
The sheep and the goat are so cute.
Wonderful views of the sheep! And goats and fall foliage! What a great place!
Such sweet creatures!
Love the cute farm animals.
Nice photos of the sheep. It's always fun to commune with animals.
They are so cute! You certainly were not pulling anything over on that goat and sheep. They are keeping an eye on you!
Fabulous shots! Love the critters.
My eyes are drawn the the background in that last shot! The color there has to be outstanding!
Beautiful shots, I'm a city guy but I like checking out goats, sheep, chickens, cows, horses and such.
Every time I think of sheep and fences and pens, I think of the movie Babe. Last evening my husband and I watched 'The Amazing Race' on TV and while the participants were in Scotland, they were challenged to corral sheep through gates and into a pen - never seen such jumping sheep except in cartoons.
Still thinking 'Babe'. :)
What a lovely set of photos of my sheep and chickens!
I showed these photos to my Old English Sheep Dog and he enjoyed them also.
Great shots! Gorgeous colours in the background of that last one!
Heals the soul for adult or child to be with animals, or to see them in great photos like these

I'd love to cuddle one of those fluffy sheep.
I especially love the one of those three sheep in the green grass with pumpkins in the background. Terrific shot.
