You've got the first monochrome that I've seen this week. I've heard the word sluice more this year than in my entire life. Interesting texture to this photo. Thanks for the map showing the location of EG! Maybe I should do that too!

ah yes i did indeed follow that and seeing it was laid on the ground got no sense of vertigo.

Not many sluice gates round here but I do know of one.
