Canada Day/ Weekend Reflections

Canadian flag reflected in the canal at Bobcageon, Ontario

Today is Canada's 144th birthday so I am celebrating in part by posting a reflection of the Canadian flag.

Reflection in gift store window, Parry Sound, Ontario
This is a busy photo but can you spot the Canadian flag?  Here's a little help:

Part of what's reflected in the window

Oh no! This is a chaotic photo too!

This year the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge  (Will and Kate) will be celebrating with us, so I suspect a few of you around the world will be be looking in on us now and then to see how we and the Royals are behaving.

Happy Canada Day. We all love the Maple Leaf! Yep, already saw Will and Kate on the early morning news. What was it, 40 dress changes in 16 hours? And she will look stunning in all of them.

Happy Canada Day!

Beautiful photos to celebrate and memorialize.

You know they made a big deal at the wedding about how she should now be called Catherine.
How well is that going?

Happy Canada Day to you. Each flag if fluttering in the wind proudly. All your photos are so exquisite and clear, my favorite is the first one with metallic texture of the colored water. Terrific! Have a happy weekend.
