Popped by to say hello, haven't been by in a while been busy and hibernating during this hot weather we have been having.

That photo makes me feel cooler though. I have been up to my ying yang making raspberry jam for the wedding as favours.

Perhaps you paid a visit to the south side of Georgian Bay to get some relief from the heat? I'd be curious about the temp of the water. A body of water that big in your part of the world probably doesn't ever get very warm, though.

Very scenic indeed! Wish I could take my socks off and walk along the sand and in the water!

This is DEFINITELY where I need to be today. It is so sweltering hot here in VA. Hope it breaks today or I think I will melt. Surely you all are cool and comfy up there. This is a lovely serene shot. The water with the jetty and the white caps make for a lovely capture. Happy Sunday to you. Genie

Great photo. Lots going on there with the sand, sea, wind, waves and the mountains way off in the distance.

That's a great looking spot -- looks like your very own private shore. (Which is the way I like beaches.)

I wouldn't mind a bath, it's just choppy enough!

Beautiful beach. I like the rocks scattered here and there as if they were thrown by a sky monster. So flat too. MB

Gorgeous - I like Lesley's crack about Elvis!

Fabulous photo. I agree that it looks like a nice place for a walk to feel the cool breezes and enjoy the fresh air.
