Exploring Central Ontario (CANADA)...and beyond
What a scene of melting snow.Beautiful.
What a lovely scene.
That does look like a seasons end shot - our leaves are picking up some colour now, so maybe the seasons are turning.Cheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
February was such a month cold that now 8°C feels like heatwave. I had some red wing black birds in my backyard last week. In my area they are one of the first birds to return from the south.
these geese must have read the calendar letting them know spring is HERE.. LOL
Lovely scene and geese.
I love how the snow is gradually melting away and the gardens are coming back into view. Just need a bit of warmth now to get rid of the rest of the dirty snow.
I think it's neat the way the geese pairs will claim their pond even while it's still frozen.
Lovely pictures of winter on the way out.
シ Fotos lindas, mas gostei mais da segunda foto... muito espontânea!!!Ótima semana!Tudo de bom!Beijinhos.هჱ⊱⋰˚هჱܓ
Poor geese; now if only Mother Nature would be a bit more cooperative!
great wispy trees in the first shot and love the pacing geese. :)
Beautiful! We also have Canada geese here. And I love them among other birds. I think they are wise, they always look as. Melting snow is good, for the birds and for us. But here it's snowing today!
Lovely sunshine and blue skies - the air looks so clean and fresh.Have a great week ahead!
Spring is here!!
Looks like your two friends are enjoying the warmer weather also EG. spring is the best season..
Love the captures, particularly the second one. :)
Ah, I love Spring just like the ducks!! Isn't it wonderful to see blue skies again!! Beautiful captures as always!! Have a beautiful day and a beautiful new week!! Enjoy!
Snow Under bright skies makes a feeling of well-being and great breath!
It looks like it's melting quickly!
The geese must be very impatient by now!
I love Canada geese, and I can just imagine them doing this! What a sweet little house in front of that blue blue sky!
The sun does look lovely! Perfect posing of the geese!
Such pretty shots of the sun with the snow! Have a great week.
Ah the geese. Our winter was mild enough this year that some of them never left.
I love blue skies and snow - probably better than blue skies and blossom :-) Have a good evening. Chel
I'm impatient like those geese! Heard a Red-winged Blackbird this morning - Hurray!!
Really beautiful pictures.
Do they ever fall flat on their beaks? :-)
Beautiful photography! I love the captures of blue sky and geese.
Geeses are so beautiful but they are also mean buggers!...:)JP
Three cheers for Spring!
You've captured a beautiful scene - the cabin and trees of late winter, just waiting for spring. Geese are fun to watch and they can certainly be noisy!
Yeah for melting snow! Although there is nothing like snow landscape and blue skies. Loved the geese photo.
Isn't it wonderful to see the snow melting! We are in heavy melt down here in Michigan. The shores of the Great Lakes are freeing up once again. I love seeing the birds arrive and watching their behavior. I heard some Canada geese going over yesterday- a sure sign of spring in our area!
I like the open bright in the first photo. And beautiful geeses...Have a nice new week
Yea!!! same here with our geese..waiting for the pond to melt..Michelle
That first pic is so nostalgic for me, reminiscent of such landscapes of my childhood.Beautiful!Poppy
What great sky! Lovely scenes. Crisp and inviting.
I can hear the "spring" in your comment! No blue skies here right now, but some rain says springtime too.Karen
