Maples
Truth be told, these bright colours are barely here yet in East Gwillimbury. But a couple of hours north of here, autumn is expressing itself loud and clear.

Milkweed pods

Oh I wish those beautiful reds would soon come here too. Awesome shots. B
Lieben Gruß und Sonnenschein!
Cloudy
like those pods, can't decide if i like the green or the orange the best in that spectacular leaf shot
We are getting some colour here, but that rain on Sunday knocked a lot of the bright leaves to the ground...
Wonderful fall colors! I like the color of the ferns.
lovely colors of the north!
Brilliantly red! The lovely maple leaf at its brightest reminds me of why it was chosen for the Canadian flag. :)
Something to look forward to EG.
So pretty! I love the val colours.Around here they are gone as of today. Strong wind is taking the leaves right off the trees.
I love the colors in that first photograph.
Amazing colors and how I wish we'd get these soon! We still have humid/sultry moments, so I guess I'll have to wait for autumn to really arrive. :)
Love the reds. Your shots look so vibrant. I will have to try harder. MB
Wow! Those colours are breath taking.!
Autumn has dropped in here yet either! Beautiful colors and photos from your drive ...
Wonderful fall colors. I'm sure you'll get fall well ahead of me. I look forward to the oak and maples changing.
Our colours are in progress. We've had so much fun!
The maple leaves are beautiful. We are only just now getting hints of color.
Wish I could write poetry...I would sure be writing some now.
