More Rusty Vehicles

Rusty car and truck cab

There are so many rusty vehicles parked in a relatively small space where these were found, that it's difficult to isolate them so that the photo doesn't look too cluttered! But I do LOVE to visit the place with my camera just the same.

Great stuff for the day indeed and for the first time in quite some time, I feel like a young spring chicken!! Not a sign of rust -- yet!!

It reminds me of a yard or two I've seen back in the day!

I'd be leery about where I stepped for fear of a old rusty piece of metal or a shard of glass.

Oh, if we could only see the life these old vehicles saw!

This is somehow wonderful, and I don't know why. In all the rust, they have settled down into an organic kind of ever changing beauty. The art of man plus nature doing it's job.

Wonderful and sad all at the same time! I love these photos, but hate to see things just wasting away (we sure saw a lot of that in Alaska -- I will be posting some of it sometime). I like your comment (and will pay attention to it) about composing the "junkyard" picture; thank you for the advice.

I love these old rusty vehicles. Too bad they're so far gone for restoration.

That's a great photo! Love rusty stuff as long as it's not the car I'm driving. Lol
