Friday morning 7:55 and the lock wasn't due to open for another 35 minutes

So what did the boater do? He brought out his fishing rod, of course!

That is a great idea...we have fishing poles in our Rav4 almost all the time...just in case we run into a creek we want to fish.

Yup. That's the way to do it.

I am always searching for great reflection shots. There is something so special about getting that perfect mirror image! Your shot is pure perfection!

On another note. We drove past Gwillimbury on our cross country road trip!! When I saw the sign for Gwillimbury I waved to you. :)

I had no idea we would be driving by Gwillimbury.....the drive up to Sudbury was absolutely gorgeous.

That's certainly making the best use of the situation. Ah, life on the water.

Wow! This is perfection! Just a great shot, EG!

I used to play golf with a guy who carried a fishing rod and when we were held up waiting for the group in front, he'd head for the nearing pond of canal and fish!

He was a little nuts.

That's too funny about your word verification!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Question asked: "tree-climbing shoes"?
