Goldfinch

Goldfinch fluffed up in the cold

I love goldfinches and we have lots of them here this winter. They are too fast for me to capture decent photos of though.

Our goldfinches don't seem to be this bright. Maybe ours are just waiting for spring which is just around the corner.

Super shots. I love Goldfinches. The American Goldfinch is Washington's state bird. Our feeders are alive with them but only in the summer. Why?????
Love the fluff. MB
