White Picket Fence

 Garden outside the fence

This fence is on a corner lot way out in the country, not in a village or town as I usually think of when I think of picket fences.

A quiet little nook.

A white picket fence is always welcoming and homey no matter where it is.

Nice fence. Tom Sawyer needs to con some of his friends into painting it.

I like the peeling paint. And the flower adds a little color. Nice!

A good picket fence is a fine subject. This one needs Tom Sawyer's brushstrokes I do believe.

There's just something about an old, weathered white picket fence that's so much more charming than a new one. Love it!

A place and fence that has been shared and made some family a happy home.

It is quite nice and in good repair, but needs a coat of paint.

What a happy vignette. The peeling paint gives that fence a ton of charm.

I like the touch of pink of that flower against that picket fence. Nice shot.

Pretty fence! Where is Tom Sawyer when you need him? It needs a good coat of paint.

White picket fences always look pretty, weathered or not. They enhance the flora growing near by.

How pretty. I love the garden outside the fence and the peeling paint adds to the appeal.

I always enjoy a picket fence!

If that were my fence, it'd look just like that. Painting isn't my thing.

Just a few more climbing vines and no one will even pay attention to the peeling paint! :)

I've been painting my parents' white fences this week and it is a satisfying thing to see them all cleaned up!

I like this kind of fence. Perhaps some new paint on it.

This is so charming. Years ago I had a white picket fence. It looked SO much more charming when the paint started fading and flaking.

The classic white picket fence! although it needs painting, the faded look adds character to it.
