Love the shot. Makes it look more old timey than it probably is. MB

Is it me or can you see eyes and nose. Freaky shot.

Fantastic work, EG! I can see the texture of the old building! :)

How cool! (Literally and metaphorically.) This almost looks like a pencil drawing. An incredibly detailed pencil drawing, mind you, bu tit has that feel to it.

And for the record, my MM photo was spectacularly mediocre in color. It didn't have nearly the same interest as it does in B&W.

I just love this image. The snow and the peeling paint on the door. Superb. Thanks for sharing.

The detail! Makes me feel like I could scrape an actual paint chip off that door if I touched the photo. Great shot and perfect in black and white!
I'm playing twice this week.

This one could be from my childhood. Great shot.

Since you said that my shot could have been from your childhood,I thought I'd tell you the story. I took that shot a few years ago but it was when we went to find what used to be my great grandparent's farm in the NC mountains. Although they died a long time ago, and the property was divided up, I took that shot on the unpaved part that led to what used to be their house. That barn was there in my childhood and was still there when I was almost 50. It was very unexpected to find it still standing.

Really beautiful shot! Love the shadows, and that chippy paint on the door...
