Never heard of it but it is definitely a beautiful flower and photo. You produce beautiful specimens to photograph! I can hardly wait to see each day what you come up with and to think you get to see it anytime you desire!
Good shot. Ironically, I've just dug out all our geraniums (and a good deal else besides) to make room for something new. Much less colour for us until next year :(
Your comment about reprimanding the camera was a hoot!
Pretty color on that gardenia. The text is so positive! My version would have said, "I dread this time of year, when the yard is strewn with various tools, taken without my permission." Honestly, last week I found that a pair of hedge shears had been stabbed into the moist soil and left there overnight. (grrrr)
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

Love your photo. I agree, it's a wonderful time of the year.
Your photo's are so great. If I can't see your garden in person this is the next best thing.

So beautiful... I love the purply flowers, one of my favourite colours.
The cranesbill is so pretty, I have one on my patio and the bees love it.
