Rusty Blossom

 Handmade gate

Sadly, this gate is getting rusty but I think it's still quite lovely. It needs some TLC.

What a find EG! So many colourful shades of rust, it really does have a charm all of its own!

Rust is beautiful - but I wouldn't have liked to sit on that on :-)

PS I'm working on "the problem"

The rust gives it so much "beauty." Wonderful close-up and great example of unusual beauty.

By the looks of it--a LOT of tender loving care. How would you get the rust off of the petals?

I feel it is a nice touch. This gate would look nice standing in a garden. Yard art.

That little bit of rust just adds color to that fence.

The rust makes it even more beautiful, but I do hope someone cares for it before it's rusted away.

These colors look so exquisite together. I could see this flower as a pattern for a embroidery pillow, don’t you think so? It would look great as a composition pillow on a white or cream sofa.

That's a lovely piece of ironwork and looks even better with a little bit of rust. Wish I was ageing so gracefully.

I would hope someone comes along and takes care of this fence and decorations. To pretty to let rust away.

Great find. Although the rust is damaging, I like the colors mixed with the old blue paint.
