Bridges at Bala

 Bala, Ontario #1

Three fences (probably really railings?) near Bala Falls:  Wooden over the falls,

Bala #2

metal fence on bridge, and

 Bala #3

and another metal fence.

Great bridges and fences - a railing is a fence to me.

Bala looks like a great place to visit, enjoyed seeing all that water running over the rocks.

i love everything behind and in front of and under all the fences... the first photo is beautiful with those brilliant leaves.

The area is gorgeous - probably in every season (well, except for winter)...What caught my eye in that first shot is how the bridge and the rocks look as though they're both the same material. The other thing is how "frail" a couple of those fence/railings appear.

Oops! Looks like someone or something bumped that rail.

What a lovely falls. - The tones in that first shot are so nice.
Looks as if someone tried to squeeze through the fence railing in that last photo.

I really like the two first ones, prolly because I love stone and wood! :-)

Some fences are just for show but THIS fence is definitely important, as one would not want to fall into the rushing water below!

Fabulous shots! I think the wooden fence is my favorite.

Jenn Jilks said...

Yep. That's my Bala. People have died here, ignoring those fences.

I agree with Rose - I'd like to walk into these pictures. It looks like a beautiful place.
