V/Alphabe-Thursday

 Virginia creeper

Very Vigorous Virginia creeper - a real beauty this time of year but a real pain in my gardens! Local birds keep planting these vines where I don't want them.

Ladybug on a walk - do you see it?

Fence around farmer's field

It's interesting how some plants we like and others we don't. I guess we don't like anything that grows where we don't want it to grow! Nice and colorful, though.

Re your comment on Ocala: If you ever arrive in Ocala, you'd best pop in our place. Then we can all go to lunch at the Lunchbox! :)

The only bug I don't mind crawling on me EG :) Some creepers are hard to control, I have big leafed ivy on my wall that I'm sure if I didn't cut back regularly would cover the entire house within a few years :)

We have the same problems here. This stuff must grow everywhere!

That is a pretty plant and quite vigorous.By now I would welcome a plant like that taking over my one flower bed,at least I would have something growing.

Lovely color! Love the last shot with the fencing.

Looks like the ladybird likes it!

Birds are such landscapers, aren't they? They've spread blackberries far and wide on the West Coast.
These creepers may not be welcome but they are lovely. And the ladybug certainly seems to like it.

That's a gorgeous plant. But, I can see how it can be a pain when it overtakes your garden. Happy Autumn!
