May 8/Nature Notes

Canada goose and tree flowers this week

Canada geese are still feeling territorial. This guy just told another guy to vamoose!

Many trees are in flower, some have produced seeds and, on most trees, leaves are emerging.emerging

Camera Girl you clicked your camera just at the right time for the goose. I have been noticing the tree seeds but you did a better job than me of expressing them on you blog.

The geese have been out on the golf course as well. We saw a whole herd of babies this past weekend and you know how aggressive they get with babies around. I had to let my husband take a free drop in order to play around them!
