Scavenger Hunt

 1. In a row

This week I am again playing Ashley Fisk's scavenger hunt and here are the prompts:  In a row, salty, sweet, sitting and just because.

This shot was taken where a river empties into Georgian Bay, a popular place this time of year.

 2. Salty (??)

Nope! No salt added here.

 3. Sweet (?)

YES!

 4. Sitting

This fisher looked a tad LOT weird to me.  It was a cold blustery day!!

5. Just Because

It's almost winter and time to put the boat away, me thinks.

I am linking to Ashley Sisk's Scavenger Hunt HERE

I use this formula to decide when not to be out on the water in a kayak or canoe: both the water temperature and the air temperature are below 60°F.

It is a great challenge because it leaves lots of room for imagination.

Perfecto!!! love them all and that is one weird fisherman.. can't wait to show this one to Bob.. he would do it in a flash.. he is glued to drag racing right now. the Jay pic is the winner for Blue Ribbon Photo today.

Aha, the fishermen are dying for it, a wasted time, lol. Brilliant photos.

Wow, what a dreamy place that last on is! For just because. I used to play along with this too, and just got out of the habit, with summer's busy times. Your lovely choices are urging me back!

Someone is providing that jay with plenty of snacks. Walnuts???? What no gummy bears?

Nice shots, especially the jay. And the fisherman, weird and or crazy.

serious fishermen getting in one last line. :)

Great shots for the hunt- that fisherman is quite the character, but that boat sets too deep in the water for safety..and all that paraphernalia ..strange indeed.

Despite what, life has to go on... sailing according to the changes changing the way of life. Nice photos

Great shots for the day and, of course, my favorite is the jay and the craziest is the fisherman???? Ah, but to each his own!! Have a wonderful day and enjoy the moment!!

Gorgeous images! The fisherman's truly special, he must have gotten out there early in the day. ;-)

I'll have a couple of grapes, they look gorgeous, as does the bird! It does look cold, no snow yet?

I really like your shots of the grapes and the bluejay.

These are all superb photographs. You do have fun with these "hunts." Love that guy fishing in his little cataraman. That would win a prize somewhere!

Great pictures! I enjoyed all them so much.
Principally I love the blue bird!
The fisherman is bizarre and he make me laugh with so much paraphernalia.

That's a great series of photos EG. The Blue Jay was super and that fisherman's get-up was so interesting. Lovely photos all of them.

That was well done. They're all fine shots but I think your "in a row" was particularly clever.

I love the colours in the water in the first image!!

They are all great shots. Though the fellow sitting in the boat looks strange. The last shot is by far my favorite shot.

It is always fun to see how you interpret the clues. Do you go out to shoot them after you get the clues, or do you search your archives?

Great choices for the prompts.
The fishermen all in a row is cool and it looks like a great spot for fishing.
I'm glad you give out "no salt" on your peanuts.
Grapes are a sweet treat, although I like green ones better.
Oh that sitting down shot is so interesting. He does look a little weird.
Boating season is most likely over unless you are a die hard boater.
The "linky" is up now if you want to add yours.
