About Me
- EG CameraGirl
- East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city. My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

Now THAT is magnificent! And it's my ideal for a Bed & Breakfast.... something I would really love to do one day!
What a beauty, EG??? I 'could' live there!!!!! Of course, I'd need a fulltime housekeeper, maid, cook and yard maintenance group... Hmmm--sounds kinda nice!!!!! ha ha
Hugs,
Betsy
I could get used to a place like that! ;-)
wow I think I could live just inside "one room"in that CASTLE !!!!
Stunning picture! You did a fabulous work in this sepia picture!
Congratulations and thanks for sharing your artwork!
Léia :-)
The house looks very mysterious just like a haunted house. It's probably the dramatic sky and the Sepia toning that makes the picture a story.
Buenos Aires Photo
This is sepia in perfection EG!
It looks like a castle to me.
I would love to spend some time here.
It won't hurt a bit - I'm sure! ;)
Mine is up too!
Anna
I agree this is perfect for a B&B. But of course I wanted one of this.
Nicely done with the sepia. Works so well with this subject.
That house, a lakeview - he should feel like a king!
Lovely sepia tone.
Great find! The sky is spectacular and the house of course! I could only imagine living there, and taking beautiful sunset pictures every evening!
The lighting here is spectacular...there's a certain time of day - doesn't happen very often - when everything is bathed in a kind of soft light...that's what's going on in this photo!
Great job!
This is a fine 'cottage', on a lovely Ontario lake. The sepia when added to the classic lines of the building seems to be perfect. A classic rendition of years bygone - the right look of yesteryear!
Wow! Looks great.
It is indeed a castle by the sea. I like it and it would be nice to wake up, if I was still smoking, and go out on the terrace and smoke my pipe and drink my coffee from Colombia and read my New York Times from Japan.
See: Our Flower Pot.
what a place!!
your photo is magnificent
I love that house. I want that house. It is magnificent and the sepia tone makes it look like a house of days gone by. A Rockefeller mansion or such. MB
Love this house. Reminds me of the movie Rebecca, based on the book by Daphne DuMaurier.
Cozy mansion :)
Not the least bit "ordinary"!
What a gorgeous house!
Awesome house, awesome sky, awesome photo.
The house is beautiful, of course, but the sepia shading is AWESOME! I love it - This is one of my favorites of yours
This is definitely Not ordinary, but the sepia picture of the 'cottage' is also extraordinary.
Just think of the cleaning! Ouch!
Great capture from the landscape to the building to the beautiful sky.... All elements together make for a awesome sepia shot.
Smiles Barbara
Wow, it looks like a painting!
CAn I make it my summer home? Its simply magnificent!
Great photo and beautiful home.
I'd settle for the garden folly.
It's an old dream way back from my childhood.
Then again the whole house/garden scene is like a forgotten dream one could walk right in to.
From Felisol
I think I would have to do a bit of rebuilding - right on target as usual.
PS Thank you for the nice comments!
WOW...that's a lucky man's home. The location and the castle both have come out beautifully in this sepia processing. Well done...Thomas
The white details of the trim really stand out in this photo.
Darla
just like fairy tale.......
It's a gorgeous home, Hope you can stop by to see my sepia scene and window views Thanks!
I would love to take a peak inside that place! It is really impressive.
Looks like a wonderful mansion to me! I wouldn't even mind being the maid there if I had quarters in the main house sicne I would be a live in maid. lol
I would love to have that 'little' cottage by the lake!
What a beautiful home. I love this style and would love to live in a home like this someday... well, a girl can dream. ;-)
that is one of the most beautiful sepias I've seen.Everything comes together perfectly.
Thanks for adding your beauty to help make the world a more beautiful place.
Blessings
Rae
