Do You Hear What I Hear/ Camera Critters

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening?

I'd like to pretend that these are wild deer, but they are not. No siree. These are two of Santa's deer, alternates for his midnight ride on the 24th. And they have promised to bring me many, many presents because I've been such a GOOD girl ALL year.

OK! OK!! Truth be told, I have NOT been a good girl ALL year and the deer live behind a very tall fence on a farm near here so won't be working for the jolly guy on Christmas Eve.

But I plan to be very good for the next couple of weeks and....

No matter whether they're wild or not that is a beautiful picture.

So you're going to be good for the next 4 weeks.....okay. :)

Boy, oh boy, those deer sure are fat! They are eating good.
Your weather is the same as we have, and there is possibly a nasty storm headed our way for tonight and tomorrow.
Take care, and stay warm.

Well even if they are not Santa's Reindeer it looks like they are checking to see if you have been 'naughty or nice', so TRY the being good part. LOL MB

EG: Now that was seriously funny. The does have been well feed and are very healthy. I have often said to myself that the person behind the camera can fool you.

Now that is a pretty x-mas card.

Beautiful photo even if they aren't wind deer.

I think there is a clause (pun intended) in Santa's being-good-to-get-toys-for-Christmas agreement. I believe you have to start at least a month before the holiday.

What a really awesome photo! This is SO beautiful - I LOVE it!

I heard a little clip on the radio yesterday morning that made me giggle it said "Not as good as you should be? But, not as naughty as you could be?" hehehehe

It's bitter cold here today but my wild ones were around to grab a little corn.

I think they are tricking you. I think they are SPIES for Santa, reporting on your every move. I think you should bring them some gifty treats to try and sway them in your favor. Probably your only hope ;)
